Educational, leadership and programming grants provide opportunities for women in AOII to gain important leadership skills, strengthen career values, enhance personal strengths, and stress the importance of today's women serving as positive role models for future AOIIs.
The AOII Foundation funded Ashley Manta's trip to Leadership Academy. Ashley, Sigma Beta, remarked, "LA was a phenomenal experience for me. One of the most special moments was hearing Susan Danko explain how Ritual can be incorporated into our daily lives. We all gained more respect for the far-reaching implications of the values to which we swear ourselves." Funding for women to attend Leadership Academy comes directly from senior gifts issued to the Sisters Developing Leaders Together program.
